A note regarding this show: It was recorded and put together on Monday
and Tuesday of this week. During one part of the show I talk about reaching out
to friends that you haven't talked to in a while and how if you're going
through some shit, so are they (possibly) and we should all talk about the good
things that "get us off" and to focus on that sort of thing to keep
ourselves sane... This was in response to a post on Fbook from someone that
appeared to be going through some things. The statement has nothing to with any
